1. Custom Orders and Returns

All engraved and custom-designed products are final sale.

Returns are not accepted unless there is a clear error on our part, such as:

Manufacturing defects

Incorrect engraving that differs from the message submitted at the time of order

2. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless our team confirms that engraving has not yet begun.

If engraving has already started, the product is considered finalized and non-refundable.

If a cancellation is approved before shipping, shipping fees will be excluded from the total cost.
3. Refunds and Fees

If a refund is approved, the credit card transaction fees are non-refundable, as they are imposed by the credit card company and not by Kpop Engraving.

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed after item evaluation and confirmation.
4. Taxes

Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped within California, in accordance with state tax laws.
